A lady from the Frisco region has filed a massive lawsuit against Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott.

Jennifer Gampper was identified by TMZ as the lady who was reportedly assaulted by Elliott’s canines in May and is demanding more than $1 million in damages for “serious and permanent injuries.”

Frank Salzano, Elliott’s lawyer, revealed to the gossip site that Gampper is suing his client.

“Mr. Elliott and his attorneys are aware of the complaint, which was filed on July 30th and comes from an event that occurred on May 21st of this year. Mr. Elliott was – and continues to be – concerned about the person engaged at the time.”

“However, there are mitigating factors in this case that will influence the judicial processes that we are not at liberty to discuss, as there are in most disputes. As a result, at this time, we have no additional comment.”

Elliott’s three dogs got loose from his Starwood home and attacked two individuals, who sustained non-life threatening injuries, according to CBSDFW.com at the time. According to TMZ, Elliott was given three citations after police investigated the incident. Gampper was also found to be a “victim” in the case by authorities.

Ace, the Rottweiler that attacked Gampper, was “ultimately forced to be removed from the city” after a court hearing, according to TMZ.

Zeke is already up against two lawsuits.

Elliott’s dogs have become a source of conflict for the two-time NFL running champion — or at least those around him. According to TMZ, Elliott was sued in June by a pet resort employee who claims he was “seriously wounded” when Ace “violently attacked” him on March 25 at a Texas boarding facility.

Brandon Williams claims to have been working at Bliss Pet Resort in Prosper, Texas… when he came upon the three dogs Elliott had boarded.

Williams says he was bringing Elliott’s Rottweiler and two bulldogs outside to relieve themselves when Elliott’s Rottweiler suddenly attacked.

The dog, according to Williams, grabbed his right arm, clamped it down, and tossed him to the ground. Williams says he required stitches and was “seriously wounded” as a result of the vicious bite.

Williams has filed a lawsuit against Elliott and Bliss Pet Resort, asking for more than $250,000 but less than $1 million in damages.

Elliott was previously sued in 2020, according to Curtis Crabtree of Pro Football Talk, “following a different incident when a lady on-site at Elliott’s home to maintain his pool was attacked by the dogs.”

Crabtree said, “She reported that all three dogs had bitten her, with the rottweiler pulling her by the arm.” “Her arm damage necessitated surgery, and she will most certainly be disfigured for the rest of her life, according to the complaint.

“In addition, that complaint alleged that another pool cleaner had also been bitten by Elliott’s dogs.”
