Each distillery on the Paso Robles Distillery Trail and the San Luis Obispo Distillery Trail will collaborate with local food purveyors to provide sampling flights, tours, live music, raffles, and more throughout the course of the weekend.

For decades, SLO County has been a wine destination. However, a new trend has swept the Central Coast in recent years: artisan distilling.

San Luis Obispo County already has over a dozen distilleries, with more set to launch in the next year, creating a range of small-batch artisan spirits such as whiskey, gin, rum, brandy, vodka, and liqueurs.

In August of 2019, the first-ever Trail Weekend was a huge success. The Distillers of SLO County are thrilled to reopen their doors to the public after a difficult year, which included postponing the 2020 Trail Weekend due to the pandemic, to exhibit the finest spirits the Central Coast has to offer from San Luis Obispo to Paso Robles.
