WWE Royal Rumble 2021 Live Results

The 34th annual Royal Rumble takes place Sunday night at the Thunderdome. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this will be the first time this event will take place without live fans. But between the world title fight between Drew McIntyre and Goldberg, the final leg of the rivalry between Kevin Owens and Roman Reigns, and the two Rumble matches where the field of possible winners looks wide open, the show promises plenty of surprises.

Stay tuned for the latest Royal Rumble results later this evening!

How do I look at the Royal Rumble 2021

The event begins at 7 p.m. AND on the WWE Network, with a one-hour launch show starting an hour earlier on all WWE social media platforms. Given the number of games announced and the length of paid broadcasts during the pandemic, the broadcast will likely be less than four hours.

The show will be one of the last to air on the WWE network in the US, as all network content will be streamed to NBCUniversal’s Peacock streaming service in March. Earlier this week, WWE confirmed that the WWE app will no longer be functional after the change.

Status of the Ronda Rousey case

Although she hasn’t appeared on WWE broadcasts since WrestleMania 35 in April 2019, clips of her indoor training sessions have surfaced for months. She laughed on Twitter earlier this week at the idea of returning to a women’s fight.

Best way to make a profit since r/wallstreetbets did this kind of thing with GameStop that I don’t understand #RoyalRumble2021 pic.twitter.com/c4yxcO3fEV

Spoiler possible for a surprise return

NXT columnist Dave Meltzer reported this week that Rhea Ripley has been promoted to executive by NXT. She hasn’t played in NXT since losing to Raquel Gonzalez in the New Year’s Evil. A win over Rumble could quickly set up a rematch between her and Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 36.

Rhea Ripley is on the main list, Meltzer told Wrestling Observer Radio. He was supposed to start a few weeks ago, but they moved him back a few weeks. It’s been a few weeks now. Having them start as a surprise in Rumble and them winning in Rumble just makes sense.
