With the upcoming Ghostbusters movie breathing new life into the franchise, many merchandise items have been released over the past year. Hasbro is releasing new Ghostbusters-inspired figures in the style of the original Kenner toys from the 1980s with its Kenner Classics toy line. They’re back with the reveal of the Kenner classic The Real Ghostbusters Ecto-1, as well as The Real Ghostbusters – Bug-Eye and Fearsome Flush.
The Kenner Classics Ghostbusters Ecto-1 is inspired by the animated film The Real Ghostbusters, with a design and setting influenced by the toys of the 1980s. It has movable wheels, a tailgate that opens, a hinged blaster seat on the roof and a fold-out ghost claw so kids can imagine catching ghosts with the included ghost figure. According to Hasbro, the toy is perfect for those who want to relive the glorious Saturday morning cartoons and green juice boxes, or for those who want to introduce Ghostbusters to a new generation of fans.

Meanwhile, The Real Ghostbusters Ghosts figures from Kenner Classic bring even more ghosts inspired by the animated series.
