Benedict Cumberbatch Improvised One Key Moment in Avengers: Endgame

In the end, Benedict Cumberbatch improvised one of the Avengers’ greatest moments: The game is over. This, according to director Dr. Strange Scott Derrickson, who recently opened on Twitter. If Cumberbatch hadn’t improved the moment as we saw it on screen, the climax of the film might have been very different and perhaps less changed.

This moment comes at the height of the Battle of Avengers: The game is over. The heroes fight to keep the Stones of Infinity away from Tanos and his criminals, and the fate of the universe is at stake. Dr. Strange keeps his finger on Tony Stark Robert Downey Jr. at a key moment, suggesting they are in the middle of a single scenario that they have won more than 14 million future Strange visits in the Endless War. On Twitter, one of the fans shared the gift of the moment, which Scott Derrickson retweeted, showing that this moment was not planned as such. That’s what Derrickson said.

POWERFUL: The Avengers: A-Force’s end-of-game scene inspired the young villains for the second season finale of the beat ball.

Benoit told me this moment was an improvisation. https://t.co/d5fvwTTrwl.

It really is a great moment in the wonderful world of cinema. The stakes couldn’t be higher. It serves not only as a reminder of a key moment in the eternal war, but also to prepare the victim for what awaits him. Tony eventually gives up his life to stop Tanos by wearing a glove to wrestle Mad Titan and his followers out of life. The single finger also returns to the main point earlier in the fight when Weird says if I tell you what’s gonna happen, it’s not gonna happen. The only strange clue for Iron Man at a turning point is a simple but powerful gesture.

Scott Derrickson introduced Dr. Strange’s Benedict Cumberbatch for MCU from 2016. The film was a success that was received critically and fanatically on its way to a $677 million rent. Since then Cumberbatch has reissued the role in the Torah several times: Ragnarok, the War of the Infinite, and the Avengers: The game is over. The actor prepares to return with Peter Parker from Tom Holland’s Spider-Man 3. Cumberbatch is finally ready for a solo sequel to Dr. Strange’s Multivera Madness. Originally Derrickson wanted to return to the director’s chair, but creative disagreements with the studio led him to leave. Derrickson remains executive producer led by Sam Reimi (Spider-Man, Evil Dead).

Whether you improvise or not, the Avengers are doing very well: The game is over. Directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, the film surpassed the Avatar as the biggest release in history. Next time we’ll see Benedict Cumberbatch as the Chief Wizard in the Unnamed Spider-Man of the 3rd. December 17th. 2021, with Dr. Strange in Multiverse Madness, on the 25th. March 2022.
